Brad Larsen is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
Brad's primary research field is industrial organization, focusing on incomplete-information bargaining, occupational licensing, online markets, auctions, and other topics. His recent work uses online advertising experiments to improve vaccine uptake.
Brad received a PhD in economics from MIT in 2013 and spent a year as a postdoctoral researcher at eBay Research Labs. He was an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at Stanford University from 2014 through 2022. He received a BA in economics and BS in mathematics from Brigham Young University.
